Use the Bot Accounts application to:
- Manage account details, e.g., your billing address and billing/technical contacts
- Configure account-level settings
- Define credentials for accessing resources
Access Bot Accounts
- Log into Conversational Cloud.

Open the menu on the left side of the page, and select Automate > Conversation Builder.

Within LivePerson Conversation Builder, select Bot Accounts from the menu at the top of the page.
