Inbox system attributes are available out of the box from the LivePerson platform. To view the list of available attributes, please login to Conversation Orchestrator using your Conversational Cloud credentials, and then navigate to Conversation Context Service / Conversation.
These attributes can be used in building routing policies. To use them in a policy please copy and paste the name from the list and use in policy. Please see Dynamic Routing to learn more on how to create such policies.
