LivePerson is actively investing in Syntrix, so while these below are current constraints, limitations, and known issues, stay tuned for changes!

Constraints and limitations

  • You can run a maximum of three (3) simulations at a time. This is without regard to the type of simulation (for live agents or AI agents).
  • Mystery shoppers aren’t supported, though this is on the roadmap for release very soon.
  • Use with voice conversations isn't supported.
  • Using your own LLM to “power” any part of Syntrix isn’t possible.
  • Are you using LivePerson’s Conversation Simulator? A migration workflow to Syntrix is in the works, but it isn’t available yet.

Known issues

  • Neither AI agents nor live agents can send structured content, quick replies, or images to the synthetic customer. This yields a stuck conversation; the synthetic customer doesn't respond.
