User roles
In the current release, only the role of Admin is supported; this role has full privileges. Importantly, this means that user A can edit the synthetic customer assets (scenarios, personas, etc.) of user B.
Request a brand account
To request an account, contact your LivePerson representative.
Log in
- Navigate to the login URL.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click Continue.
Invite a user to join
Invitations to join an account expire after a week.
- On the left navigation bar, click Settings, and then click Invite user.

Enter the user’s email address.
The email address cannot be changed, so take care when specifying it.

Click Invite.
A message is displayed to confirm that an invitation email has been sent to the user.
Accept an invite to join
- In the invitation email that you received, click Accept invitation.
- On the Syntrix login page, specify a password that you’ll use to log in.
Change your password
In the current release, there's no way to do this directly in the UI, but we do have a workaround:
- Log out.
- Click Forgot password on the login page.
- Change the password as directed.
Resend an invitation
If for some reason the user no longer has their invitation email, you can quickly and easily resend it.
- On the left navigation bar, click Settings, and then click the Resend invitation icon beside that user.
- Click Resend.
Remove a user
- On the left navigation bar, click Settings, and then click the Remove from organization icon beside that user.
- Click Remove.
