Overview
Quick Replies for Viber include the question/statement text and a set of up to 11 replies that will appear as a custom keyboard. The Quick Replies can contain:
- Title text (including emojis)
- Publish text click action

Limitations
- Maximum of 11 replies for each template
- Each quick reply can contain up to 25 characters
- Agent or bot will receive an error when trying to send Quick Replies if the text exceeds 25 characters
