Overview

This release introduces the new Harmony Theme for the Messaging Window, featuring a refreshed design and a restructured Theme section within the Window Studio page. The update also migrates the Window Selection page in the Campaign module to Vue 3 for improved performance and maintainability.

Harmony Theme: Modernized UI for the messaging window. Theme section redesign in Window Studio. Window Selection page migrated to Vue 3. Feature rollout controlled by a backend feature flag. Initial support for English only; more languages and features coming in Phase Two.

Rollout Plan

The Harmony Theme is disabled by default for all brands. Support and Sales Consulting accounts will be the first to adopt the new experience. Brands may opt in at any time by contacting their LivePerson account team

How to Enable the Harmony Theme:

Brands will need to first request Harmony Theme be activated on their account. Please contact your support or account manager Once Harmony Theme has been added to your account, create a web engagement as usual. In the Theme Library, duplicate the Harmony Theme. Assign a custom name, apply your styling, and associate the new theme with your engagement. Save and publish the engagement to apply the changes.

Known Limitations

Theme Sizing: Harmony Theme: Fixed size only (cannot be adjusted). Loading Screen: A preloader is used, which makes the window appear slightly smaller before fully loading. In rare cases, this can cause a brief visual glitch between the preloader and the loaded window.
